Before St. Joe's: Played one year for Head Coach Nic Lops '15 at Southern Maine Community College…Hit .337 (30-89) with 23 runs, five doubles, 25 RBI, and five stolen bases in 29 games.

High School: Played baseball for four years and hockey for two years at East Catholic High School…Played in the Senior All-Star Game in 2022 and helped his team win the State Championship as a junior…Listed on the Academic Honor Roll.

Community Service: Served food for local hockey and football games along with members of the baseball team and participated in the restoration and upkeep of a property for elderly folks.        

Personal: Luke William Wearne, son of Stephanie and Michael Wearne…Has three siblings: Michael, Lindsey, and Katherine…His brother Michael is a rising junior and two-year starter for the Monks' baseball team.
