2022-23: Played in six games as a junior…Was 1-2 from the FT line with one offensive rebound and one steal.
2021-22: Played in 16 total games as a sophomore…averaged 0.9 points per game, 0.8 rebounds and 0.1 assists while shooting 37.5% (3-8) from the field, 100% (1-1) from downtown, and 70% (7-10) from the FT line…his best performance came on February 12th in a 73-60 loss against Johnson and Wales where he scored three points on 1-1 shooting and also contributed three boards and a steal.
2020-21: Played in five games as a freshman, averaging 2.6 points per game on 30.8% FG percentage and also shot 80% (4-5) from the free throw line...Staplefeld’s best performance came on March 7th in a 87-74 win against UMaine Augusta where he scored six points on 2-4 shooting and also contribute two assists.

Elite and N.H. Fire.

Personal: Maxwell Douglas Stapelfeld, son of Dawn and Doug Stapelfeld…Has four siblings: Cassandra, Alex, Cameron, and Elisabeth…Cassandra was a member of the SJC women's basketball team (2020-22) and Elisabeth is a rising sophomore for the Monks.
