The 3-0 cushion remained until the 61st minute, when Pomerleau found the back of the cage off a Kayla Kelly dish and freshman Alexandra Belaire (Greene, Maine) capped the game scoring with her first collegiate tally off a Maddy Beaulieu (West Gardiner, Maine) pass at the 64:22 mark.

SJC junior keeper Megan Baker (Gorham, Maine) made one save to pick up the shutout win while Junior Kayla Veilleux (Sabattus, Maine) tacked on a defensive save in the triumph.
